The Limbecker Platz project in Essen, Germany is a new, multi purpose shopping mall in the city center of Essen.

With approx. 70,000 sqm it is one of the biggest shopping malls in the neighborhood. It will have approx. 200 shops, of which more than 100 are fashion related. Furthermore, it will be filled with restaurants, a 22,000 sqm supermarket, coffee bars and more.

The partly open car park has approx. 2,000 parking places. In an area of 1,400 parking places an additional turn-key mechanical ventilation system is delivered by Novenco.
