It is located on north shore of the Dubai Marina, close to the Palm Jumeirah and is designed to offer a year-round beach resort lifestyle to its residents. Jumeirah Beach Residences will cater to a community of over 25,000 residents with its 22 million square foot gross floor area, which is being developed across a length of 1.7 kilometers. It is a self-contained community with amenities like restaurants, cineplexes, health clubs, sport centers, medical facilities, beach clubs, children's play areas, housekeeping, retail stores, supermarkets, nursery schools, and more.
Novenco has currently supplied the ventilation system for the car parks S-1 and S-3, with each 2,000 parking spaces and the car park S-5 with a capacity of 1,500 parking spaces.
