Car park ventilation system for Bonarka City Center

Bonarka City Center is a multi-functional city center being built in a postindustrial area of Krakow's district Podgórze and covering around 19 hectares. The Bonarka City Center project is split up into three project stages. The first stage includes the construction of the commercial, service and entertainment center with 270 shops, a 7,000 sqm mega-cinema, 9 restaurants, more than a dozen coffee bars, ice cream shops and an underground car park. During the second and third project stage four A-class office buildings and a housing estate will be realized. It is currently the biggest multi-function center being constructed in Poland.

The two-level underground car park has 3,200 parking spaces and will be ventilated with the Novenco car park ventilation system with jet fans.

Novenco is responsible for the complete engineering and project management of the car park ventilation system. Together with our polish agent RW Tech we will supply a turn-key ventilation system, including the supply and mounting of:

• 80 parking garage jet fans
• 20 fully reversible ARN-1400 axial flow fans
• Motor control panels
• CO/LPG detection system
• Electrical cabling for fans and accessories

Planned opening for the first project phase is by the end of 2009.
