Self Contained High Pressure System
The Hi-Pres eACy Air Conditioning System for workboats offers both low maintenance and user-friendliness. It is a high-pressure air conditioning system especially designed to save space. The self-contained air conditioning unit is narrow enough to be fitted in the cofferdam below the wheelhouse. The air is mixed, filtered and cooled - or heated - in the self-contained unit. It is then distributed in pre-insulated Spiroduct™ air ducts at very high speed to the high pressure cabin units.

Car Carrier Ventilation Unit
Novenco is specialised in solving complicated ventilation jobs with requirements for low noise and low power consumption. The challenge on Car Carriers is the requirement for very low noise both inside the vessel and in open air.
Novenco offers a newly developed Hi-Pres Car Carrier Ventilation Unit. It basically consists of a high efficiency fan, a closing damper, compact silencers, a demister and acid proof stainless steel housing. The unit meets the tough requirements for low power consumption and separation of water and salt particles. The unit can be custom-made to any noise level. The Hi-Pres Car Carrier Ventilation Units are mounted directly on the top deck fulfilling all requirements from IMO.

CAT-AC System for Catamarans
The Hi-Pres Air Conditioning System for catamarans delivers excellent comfort to both passengers and crew. The system is extremely user-friendly. It also meets strict space requirements, has minimum noise levels and low maintenance needs.
Hi-Pres CAT-AC air conditioning systems are lightweight due to catamaran weight restrictions. Major parts are manufactured in aluminium and the ductwork is lightweight of aluminium or low-pressure ventilation socks made of fabric.
Livestock Ships
Ventilation System for Corrosive Environment
Novenco has supplied ventilation plants for more than 25 Livestock Ships where livestock is carried in deck houses or in cargo hold. The air quantity and the distribution of air must be perfect to keep the animal death risk as low as possible. The Novenco ventilation system is designed to give optimal fresh air to the animals to keep them from being exposed to draught or cold air. The challenge on a Livestock ship is also a very corrosive environment caused by ammonia vapours in the air. Novenco offers a fan system with special coating for all surfaces in the exhaust system.
