New ZerAx axial flow fan will take you by storm!

Novenco now introduces the worlds' first axial flow fan with an efficiency above 91%. This enables a reduction of the energy consumption of up to 40%. The new series is introduced under the name ZerAx® (Zero emission Axial flow fan) and is designed for both new as well as existing ventilation systems in buildings, manufacturing industries, on boats, and within offshore.
Sales Director, Stig Tiedemann, states that ZerAx® is not supposed to replace, but rather supplement the company's former flagship model Novax, which has an efficiency rate of 82%. The first ZerAx® fans belong to the middle group of Novenco's product program. Within the coming year the company will introduce more sizes with the same high efficiency. The ZerAx series will thus ensure the ventilation company a unique position as technological front-runner on the world market.
Stig Tiedemann finds it unlikely that any competitor will be able to match the new fan series' low energy consumption within a foreseeable future. The development period has been five years and the company has performed tests corresponding to 60 years of operation. In total, Novenco has filed three new patents.
Green Building and green economy
A large part of Novenco's fans are used in places with high ventilation demands. This includes manufacturing industries like pharmaceutical production, chemical production, and other places with specific demands for air quality.
Another important market is ventilation systems in office buildings, hospitals, schools, car parks, tunnels, underground stations, metros, and wind turbine towers. A still higher number of larger constructions are performed in accordance with guidelines that aim to ensure efficient utilisation of energy. This includes the new standards EU Green Building and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
Modern construction goes to great length to prevent energy waste from heating and air-conditioning. To ensure the right humidity and air quality many constructions must be ventilated day and night. Novenco's new ZerAx® is 11% more efficient than the former flagship model Novax.
The new fan will be priced to make it possible to achieve return of investment within a few years, and thereby ensure the client strong profits for the remaining fan life, which will often exceed 20 years.
Significantly lower sound level
Ventilation noise can be bothersome in both building ventilation and aboard ships. Novenco ZerAx® not only reduces the energy consumption, but the engineers have managed to reduce the sound level significantly too.
Making full use of knowledge and possibilities from new production processes has enabled us to move the limits for what used to be possible and has thereby halved the sound level to 5 dB for the new ZerAx® fan in comparison to the Novax fan, which is already known as very quiet. The perceived environment will benefit in many of the places, where the fans supply fresh air.
The ZerAx® axial flow fan establishes new standards for energy efficiency and reduces CO2 emissions. The initial investment is returned in less than two years (fan life is more than 20 years).
