Management

The Novenco Senior Leadership Team carries out the day-to-day management duties. It also has overall responsibility for the results and development of the Novenco Group. The team consists of the following members:

	Steen Rasmussen (Danish, born 1967) CEO Joined Novenco in 2008 from Alpharma in Denmark. Holds a BSc. in Production Engineering from Copenhagen Engineering Academy.
	Lars Knaack (Danish, born 1969) CFO Joined Novenco from the Alfa Laval Group in 2009. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration, and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
	Anders Thorsted (Danish, born 1966) COO Joined Novenco in 2007 from Glunz & Jensen A/S. Holds a BSc. in Production Engineering from Copenhagen University College of Engineering.
	Bredo Hagberg (Norwegian, born 1953) Director, Marine & Offshore Started up as designer in Shipping Research Services Oslo in 1976, joined Ship owner Fred Olsen as Supervisor in 1981. Joined Novenco in 1983, from 1988 as Director of Novenco Norway and from 2003 as Director Marine & Offshore, Novenco Group. Naval Architect from Oslo Technical University.
	Stig Tiedemann (Danish, born 1959) Director, Land Products & Systems Joined Novenco in 2009. Stig has a comprehensive experience in sales & marketing and holds a diploma in management and an Executive MBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI).
	Palle Kristensen (Danish, born 1965) Director, After Sales Joined Novenco in 1989. Divisional Director, Marine & Offshore since 2003. BSc in Construction from Danish Engineering Academy.
	Per Lauritsen (Danish, born 1965) CEO, Novenco Fire Fighting Joined Novenco Fire Fighting in 2008 after executive positions in Danish and European companies backed by public and PE ownership and consulting. Worked outside Denmark for eight years. Holds a BSc and MSc in Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
